Susanna KimMs. Kim's practice is concentrated in the area of tax, charitable organizations, and trust and estate law.

Prior to joining RHCC, Ms. Kim was a tax specialist at the Internal Revenue Service and a tax associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She was also a law clerk for RHCC.

Ms. Kim's experience includes:

• Auditing individuals and businesses
• Training and instructing other IRS auditors
• Analyzing financial statements, accounting books, and records such as trial balance, income statements, and balance sheets of international and domestic corporations
• Preparing tax returns of high net-worth individuals, international and domestic corporations, S corporations, partnerships, LLCs, LLPs, estates, and gifts
